[edit] cleanup vs stub

there isn't much to clean up so i removed the clean up tag, it remains a stub though, there is little info, but not badly written or such in my opinion. Boneyard 13:43, 10 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] teased as a link

OK, Easyas12c, so, why did you feel that making the word making "tease" a link and then tacking the "D" on the end was better than making the whole word a link? It does not change where it goes, and IMHO your version looks TACKY. 13:48, 24 August 2005 (UTC)

Just using the simpler notation when the more complex one is not needed. Thats what it for, right? --Easyas12c 18:26, 13 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Chode's name

Uh, ironic? I think it was probably on purpose. Not referencing any anatomical part in particular, but just the general slang word that refers to a person that sucks.. Y'know, he's a dick.. he's a chode..

Removed reference to Urban Dictionary - Two reasons - Firstly, It was incorrect(Chode usually referring to a penis that is wider than it is long), and Also because Urban Dictionary, as a reference material, is about as much use as a Kangaroo's left bollock. Churba 12:44, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Cameo in MOO3?

In the game Master of Orion 3 I twice got a leader whose name was a variation of Chode's. It was a three-eyed purple alien that looked just like him, and the biography mentioned his loose morals, dubious business ethics, etc. Can anybody confirm this somehow? I don't want to put it into the main article if I cannot back it up with a link. 76.20.165.118 09:16, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

Hmm, that's interesting but I doubt it. You see MOO3 came out in 2003 and “Tripping the Rift” didn't come out until a year later in 2004, so I don't see how they could have put in a reference to a show that didn't exist yet. My guess would be that the similarity of the two aliens is merely coincidence. --Hibernian 06:08, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
Actually, the six-minute pilot "Love and Darph" came out in 2000, I believe. Avt tor 09:12, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Captain Adam and Darph Bobo's families

In "Love Conquers All... Almost" we see that both Darph Bobo and Captain Adam have two kids of the same sex. Shouldn't Adam 12's brother and Babette's sister be mentioned? n

I guess so. I wouldn't waste time on non-recurring characters, but the text should be factually correct.Avt tor 18:21, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Six != Zev

The statement "Also, the sex-slave theme is reminiscent of another (once) famous Canadian (and British) Sci-Fi production, Lexx (after the character Z/Xev)." is inherently POV in its own words "is reminiscent of", which only asserts that a viewer might make a connection, not that the producers made any link. (Personally I would say that Six reminds me more of Rommie, well, especially Doyle from Andromeda, but that would be just my opinion, not the producers.) Avt tor 05:58, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
