The premier of Triumph of the Will at the Ufa Palace Theater in Berlin.[1] It is most likely in the public domain as it appears to be a publicity picture taken for official NSDAP purposes. See Image talk:1936NurembergRally.jpg for a discussion of whether this image is really public domain.

This image shows (or resembles) a symbol that has been used by national-socialist organizations. The use of characteristic insignia of organizations that are outlawed in Germany (like the swastika of the Nazi Party) may be illegal in Germany, depending on context, under §86a of the German criminal code (StGB).
