Trevor Mather

Trevor Mather is president of ThoughtWorks. In his role, he helps clients achieve unique competitive advantage by leveraging innovative technological solutions to solve tough business problems. Trevor's primary focus is building out ThoughtWorks' global delivery model with specific attention to India operations, enabling the organization to fulfill on the unprecedented levels of demand.

Trevor's professional IT consulting experience includes a nine-year career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). While there, he developed extensive expertise in selling and delivering e-Business and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, especially within the context of Financial Services. He led a number of groundbreaking, e-Business projects across Europe and around the globe and was integral to the award-winning solutions developed for the Nationwide Building Society and National Australia Bank.

Following his tenure at Andersen, Trevor served as managing director of efinanceworks, a financial services firm focused on identifying, investing in and growing e-finance firms. While there, he was responsible for the e-CRM and e-Insurance markets.

Trevor's more than 16 years of professional IT consulting experience in the European marketplace enhances ThoughtWorks' ability to successfully deliver custom applications and systems integration solutions to European-based companies as well as global companies with European operations.
