[edit] Early years

Trevor Guthrie was born in North Vancouver, British Columbia. At age 3 he was playing the piano and played his first concert at four. In high school, he began writing music. He can speak French, Spanish, and Japanese. One of Trevor's main influences was pop singer George Michael. He also plays the guitar.

[edit] No One Does It Better

After a name change and a new record company, MCA, Indecision emereged as soulDecision. And released a number one smash hit with the pop/R&B song "Faded". The song became #1 in Canada and #5 in America. The success of that single was followed up by the smash "Ooh It's Kinda Crazy". The album No One Does It Better went on to sell over a million copies, selling 700,000 copies(this is not platinum status as indicated before by the previous contributer. Its only Gold) in Canada alone.

[edit] Shady Satin Drug

After a four year hiatus and a label change, soulDecision released the single "Cadillac Dress". The single was a moderate radio hit. They released their second album Shady Satin Drug in November 2004. The album was a failure, selling only 10,000 copies. The album was very expensive to create and since the label was smaller than MCA it left soulDecision and the label with debt. Shady Satin Drug, however spawned two more singles, Hypnotize and Kiss The Walls.

[edit] Solo

soulDecision disbanded in 2005. Trevor currently has a MySpace page and is working on his solo album. He is engaged to his long-time girlfriend, Amanda Morris.
