Treaty of Jativa was a treaty between the

Christian King Jaime I of Aragon and the Muslim commander Ibn Hud in Xativa in 1244 AD in the Iberian Peninsula.

The treaty lays out generous terms of surrender of the Moors where they are allowed to hold on the the Castle of Jativa for a period of 2 years before handing it over to the Christians monarchy.
