Treasury Solicitor's Department

The Treasury Solicitor's Department (TSol) is the largest in-house legal organisation of the United Kingdom Government. It is an executive agency reporting to the Attorney General for England and Wales. TSol employs more than 300 solicitors and barristers to provide advice and legal representation to many government departments.
The Chief Executive of the Treasury Solicitor's Department is Her Majesty's Procurator General and Treasury Solicitor. The current Treasury Solicitor is Paul Jenkins.
The Bona Vacantia division of TSol deals with the assets of dissolved companies and the estates of persons who die intestate and with no known kin.
