Trearddur is a short name for Trearddur Bay. It is located south of Holyhead on the west coast of Holy Island on the north-west coast of Anglesey in Wales. The historical name for Trearddur Bay is Towyn Capel and at the centre of the beach, lies an ancient burial ground which was recently excavated.
There are two scuba diving centres and some shallow scuba diving sites there.
