Tre'r Ceiri

Tre'r Ceiri is a hill fort dating back to Roman times, being built around 100 B.C. It is one of the most spectacular of Wales' ancient monuments. First bought to the attention of the masses by Pennants - Tours of Wales, in the Cambrian Travelers Guides of 1813. It's spectacular location and importance has attracted people for years.

The hill fort has recently been the site of conservation work and footpath maintenance. An extensive survey was made in 1956.
