I certify that I have taken this photograph of myself wearing a Clear Vinyl Trench Raincoat that I designed and custom made myself. I am the subject (model) of this photograph and I have personally designed an made all the clothing that I am wearing in this photo.

I took this picture on about December 1, 2006.

I do give permission to use this photo of myself and my clothing under the LGPL license. My only request is that I be given credit for the photo, the modeling, and the clothing.
