Other notes: I am going to Morelia next week to try and get a PD image. I can't believe this prominent author has no article on the english Wikipedia and had such a poor article on the spanish Wikipedia. I tried to make it better it and more or less succeeded, but I'm still on the job to improve it.

I just did some work on the "war" section, which seemed to me to have the biggest NPOV violations. The English actually had significantly more data than the Spanish, and although I know nothing about the issue itself some of that info seemed to be good (and referenced). So I edited it to use less loaded language and set off the conflicting points with bullets but left it closer to the English than the Spanish version (which I read). Status: I have translated a good portion of the article but my Spanish is poor, and not nearly good enough for specialized knowledge translation. The structure is far along: I have imported all the images and references, formatted the article similar to the original, and have polished with multiple piped links and research. All that is needed is for untranslated paragraphs to be completed. Such untranslated paragraphs appear in the article in their proper places, and are surrounded by tags making them easy to locate and translate without searching for where they should appear.

Several short biographies of Saint Lucian politicians: these are all just longish stubs, so if we take them up we might as well do a batch. es:Allan Louisy, es:Vaughan Lewis, es:Michael Pilgrim, es:Winston Cenac, es:Arsene James, es:Mario Michel, es:Morella Joseph, es:Boswell Williams, es:George Mallet, es:Pearlette Louisy (we have an even shorter stub at Pearlette Louisy), es:Vincent Floissac.
