Completed proofreading this article, only one note: should stuff like this "decreto-lei" and "The Governadores Civis" continue how they are, or could they be translated simply to laws, decrees and civil governors, since the fact that not many coutries have Republic Assemblies ... --Knuxus 00:34, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
