[edit] Metroid prime hunters/Sylux
Sylux is a character in Metroid Prime Hunters. Little is known about Sylux other than that the bounty hunter has an intense hatred for the Galactic Federation and Samus Aran. Sylux's alternate form is a small hovering ball of energy with two tetracarbon armour plates, called the Lockjaw, which lays tripwire mines. Two must be laid to create a tripwire, which can be left as a trap. If Sylux lays a third mine, forming a triangle, all three explode on anyone who happens to be in between them, causing 180 damage. If one more bomb is laid while someone has walked through a tripwire, it may also follow and attack the victim. His weapon of choice is the Shock Coil, a beam that fires highly damaging streams of high-density neutrinos, and when used by Sylux allows him to absorb the victim's energy. It gets stronger after a short time of attacking an opponent. Also, in low gravity areas, Sylux's lockjaw form can fly by rapidly laying mines. Sylux's Shock Coil was copied by Gorea.
log entries state that Sylux's suit, gunship known as the Delano 7, and Lockjaw technology are all stolen Galactic Federation Prototypes, and Sylux's Shock Coil is made out of banned nanotechnology and according to its scan, is also a Galactic Federation Prototype.
Sylux's species is unknown, although the game's starting video reveals that he comes from Cylosis, and he is referred to as a male by the game's developers; in concept art, humanlike hands can be seen, which could mean he is human, but the ankle and knee joints seem too thin, although this could just be because it's concept art. The intro video shows the extent of his hatred for the Galactic Federation, showing Sylux dive-bombing an unsuspecting GF trooper, crushing him, then screaming defiantly (the scream sounds vaguely similar to one version of Godzilla's roar, as well as the cry of the Ithrak) at two other troopers that accompanied the one he killed. It does not, however, explain the reason that Sylux hates the Federation. Also, since his ship, the Delano 7, makes multiple appearances, and due to the fact that in the extended areas of VDO, there are multiple scenes of battle and decay, it is possible he is the main rival out of the five other hunters to Samus.
[edit] Action Replay DS/Subscriptions
Hello Please Enjoy my Subscriptions ACWW V1.1 [1] and MPH v1.0 [2] New codes for MPH coming ASAP, with codes like rapid IMP
Action Replay DS is a Nintendo DS game hacking device by Datel and a part of their popular Action Replay product line. Released worldwide in August 2006, it enables users to use predefined codes to edit in game behaviour.
Unlike other Action Replay devices, codes are not entered by the user, but are stored on the cartridge after being downloaded via a subscription in the Action Replay client software. The subscription is a simple XML file that contains the cheat data for a specific game. At the time of writing the only real source for subscriptions is the Codejunkies website, which is run by Datel. It can also be used as a PassMe. A recent firmware update makes it possible to edit codes using the Action Replay itself when plugged into the DS console, which was previously impossible.
One inconvenience consumers have noticed is that if the DS lid is closed while the AR software is running, the DS will not enter sleep mode, which can waste battery power. Note that this problem only applies to the AR software itself. Once playing a game, even with AR codes in place, closing the lid has the normal DS function. Another inconvenience about the action replay ds is that if too many codes are uploaded the action replay will not accept any more or in a rare case, crash the whole system. A way to fix this crash is to hold A + B then turn on DS, when the "This product is not liscensed or endorsed by Nintendo" HOLD A + B + Select + Start, when it reaches in the menu check the lefthand corner to see if it says 0.
A recent update in the software now allows users to enter their own codes through the PC application, which can then be transferred to the DS cart. You make your own codes by buying a hacking system called "Trainer Toolkit."(Warning! The Trainer Toolkit should be handled by a pro in hacking. You may mess up your computer and or Nintendo DS) As of AR DS v1.52, the trainer toolkit for AR DS is no use, it now includes code adding in the device itself, still it is a little glitchy.
The codelist editing is ran by XML files. Many releasers of codes edit main XML codelists and then release them.
This product should not be confused with the similar Action Replay Duo, a save game device for DS games. The Action Replay Duo is for DS and Gameboy Advance. Action Replay DS is sold in stores all around for the price of $24.99. Note: This product may corrupt the saved progress files on the ds cartridge you are using. Ex: Mario Kart Ds will take away 'Rob' as a player if the 'All character unlocked' box is selected, even if they are all there in the first place.
Via Subscriptions
Subscriptions are a file created in XML formating, which carry codes for a certain game. Latest Subscriptions have ben realest for Metroid Prime Hunters and Animal Crossing: Wild World. Subscriptions can be found by copying a code from the game, and search it on google, google will bring up Datel Also known as Codejunkies codes, and a subscription if possible.
