Travis Smith (born April 29, 1982 in Bainbridge, Georgia) is the drummer in Heavy Metal band Trivium. He has been with Trivium since their formation in 2000. Travis is known for his very fast footwork, a skill that has been rewarded several times by music magazines and other media.^{[citation needed]}

In Metal Hammer's Golden Gods Awards 2006, Travis received the "Best Drummer" award.

Smith uses a DDrum 'Dominium Ash' drum kit with DDrum hardware. His cymbals are made by Sabian and he uses Remo Emperor and Powerstroke drumheads. He has his own signature drum sticks, made by ProMark.
