Travis Chase

Travis Chase (born May 26, 1981 in Calgary, Alberta) is an Albertan politician.

Travis joined the Alberta Alliance Party at the end of August 2004. He was nominated to run in the 26th Alberta general election in early September 2004 in the riding of Calgary Fort. Travis ended up finishing third in a field of six candidates, and the fifth highest vote percent for an Alliance candidate in Calgary.

The election in Calgary Fort was notable because Travis was the only Alberta Alliance candidate to win a poll inside an urban riding.

Travis is currently president of the Calgary Fort riding association for the Alliance, as well he sits as a director for the Calgary Southeast riding association for the Conservative Party of Canada.

Prior to that he was a volunteer for the Conservative Party of Canada and its former incarnations the Canadian Alliance Party and the Reform Party of Canada. Travis got started volunteering with his father Barry Chase in 1988 general election in Calgary West dropping flyers.
