Travis Buck (born November 18, 1983 in Richland, Washington) is a Major League Baseball outfielder for the Oakland Athletics.

In spring training 2007 he lead the A's in hits, playing his way into the 2007 season starting line up.[1]
[edit] Minor league career
In the 2006 season Buck was an outfielder for the Midland RockHounds in the Double-A Texas League, an Oakland A's affiliate. He was selected to play on the United States' team in the 2006 All-Star Futures Game.[2]
[edit] College baseball career
He played college baseball for Arizona State University from 2003-2005. He is number eight in the ASU all-time hits category with 272 and number nine in the ASU all-time runs scored category with 205. In 2004 and 2005 he was awarded First-Team All-Pac-10, and in 2004 he was a gold medal winner with the USA Baseball National Team.[3]
