Trans-Alay Range

The Trans-Alay Range (also Trans Alai Range and not to be confused with the Altai Mountains) is a mountain range of the Pamir Mountains between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Its northern end is the Alay Valley, and 150 miles to the south, it terminates into the valleys of Muksu and Markansu. The highest peak in the range is Lenin Peak.
