Tram 11
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tram 11 is a Croatian rap group formed in 1996 in Zagreb. The group was formed by Nenad Simun a.k.a. Target and Srdjan Cuk a.k.a. General Woo. At that time Croatia had no recognised rappers until Tram 11 emerged in the "Blackout Project" started by the radio station "Radio 101" to promote hip-hop and rap in Croatia. The band's song "Hrvatski Velikani" was first on many unofficial top-lists[citation needed]. Their album "Covjece ne ljuti se" was released in 1999, receiving favourable reviews from Croatian critics[citation needed]. Their song "Kuzis Spiku" was subsequently included on the compilation "The Best Of International Hip-Hop".
Tram 11 have since split, and General Woo and Target have both released solo albums with little success.
