Traction (organization)

Traction is a progressive non-profit organization for youth in the North Carolina Triangle.[1] They focus on social events such as celebrating Festivus, environmental issues such as encouraging solar energy use,[2] and youth issues like money management.[3]

Traction is directed by its founder, Lanya Shapiro of Durham.
