I've removed the list. It was not appropriate for an encyclopedia, not easily referenced, and would have been continuously in flux. Any prominent examples that cite reliable secondary or tertiary sources can be covered in the article's prose. ×Meegs 19:23, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
