Photocopy of the first two pages of Brest-Litovsk Peace Treaty between Soviet Russia and Germany , March 1918 This photo was made in Germany over 50 years before and was published many times before 1994 in Poland. Publish documents ( treaties , agreements an so on) are not the subject of copyright under Polish law at all.
