Toya (born Toya Rodriguez 1983 in North Dakota) is a pop singer in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School in St. Louis County, Missouri, and St. Louis University. Nicknames: Lunatic Lady, St. Lou Girl. Her hit 2001 single I Do!! led to her self-titled debut album the same year. Her second single was 2002's No Matta What (Party All Night). She was named after LaToya Jackson. Her album sold poorly due to little promotion and she was later dropped from Arista Records.[citation needed]
On April 11, 2004 Toya Rodriguez married Tamaurice Martin they since have had son Kaden Martin. Toya currently resides in Decatur, Georgia.
