Townsend Township, Sandusky County, Ohio

Townsend Township is one of the 12 townships that make up Sandusky County, Ohio. It is located in the northeastern corner of the county, and makes up part of the border with Erie County. Townsend Township borders the following townships and municipalities:
- Green Creek Township (southwest corner)
- Groton Township, Erie Co. (southeast)
- Margaretta Township, Erie Co. (east)
- Riley Township (west)
- York Township (south)
- Sandusky Bay (northwest)
