Town of outlaws Shadow of the Fūma clan (Japanese: 無法者の街 ふうま一族の影 - Muhōsha no gai Fūma ichizoku no kage) is episode 137 of the anime series Naruto.

Team Jiraiya decide to go to where the country is busiest and investigates a bustling town. Sakura tries to talk to Jiraiya, but he's looking at a picture of another woman and hands them a package of money. He tells them to eat and wait for him at the edge of town. Jiraiya just goes and looks for some sexy women to hang out with. While Naruto & Sakura look for a suitable place to wait for their erstwhile sensei, they encounter a masked female ninja, who is apparently hurt, who seems to be running from three other ninjas, who are apparently loyal to Orochimaru. They throw a bunch of kunais and use many weapons to attack but the hidden ninja, Sakura and Naruto escape with the Body Replacement jutsu.
Meanwhile, Jiraiya's "investigation" seems to be making progress. He is lead into an alley which slams shut, and then he is attacked by about 50 people with arrows. He easily defeats them using Needle Guardian and Rasengan, then identifies himself and interrogates them. His attackers are from the Fūma Clan, which used to be one of the top ninja clans in the Land of Rice Fields before Orochimaru took over, renamed the country "the Land of Sound" and kicked them out of their own Hidden Village. Since then, they have been reduced to roving bandits, stealing in order to survive.
Sakura treats the female ninja's injuries, and she identifies herself as Sasame Fūma. Sakura tells him to get out and when he gets out but tries to eavesdrop through the door she suddenly punches him from the other side of the door. Naruto is confused of why she is there and then he remembers that he touched her breast when saving her from the barrage of kunais.
Sasame explains how Orochimaru came to dominate the country. Orochimaru had tried to expand the Land of Rice Fields' territory by attacking another country, but because of their recklessness, they obviously lost. Then a mysterious man came to them, and we see in a flashback that Kimimaro told them that they could save them from destruction. Sasame tells Naruto & Sakura how she is currently looking for her cousin, Arashi. Naruto swears but Sakura tells him to shut up, and Sasame tells them that she was going to the Hidden Village of the Sound alone because everyone had given up on her. Naruto swears to save Sasme's cousin. Their conversation is interrupted, as the Sound ninjas from before have tracked them down using a lot of spiders. Sakura tells Naruto to use the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu and screams for them to come out. One of them attacks, using Antlion Technique to undermine their hiding place and drag it into a sinkhole. The episode ends.
