CONCEPT:

Town Area Network:

it is a centralized network for a town which is smaller then a city and isn't recommended used for city or town official as there might not be security barriers though there could be. Mainly used for ISP? could be used for ISP in the way that the store could be near the edge or in the middle or anywhere in between for a centralized location and easy access and easy use for an ISP to set up and maintain. Possibly Wireless if you have repeaters.
