Tower of Power is episode number 144 of the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon series. The episode is a part of the Vacation in Europe series from 1992-1993. The Vacation in Europe series takes place during season 4, so the Technodrome is still in Dimension X. This episode of the show was written by Michael Edens. It originally aired on September 11, 1993, in Syndication. Starting in this episode, Hal Rayle temporary Voices Raphael.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Splinter win a boat trip to Europe. They believe it is a trip in a first-class ship but have to go in a small boat. They take the Turtle Van aboard. On the Atlantic Ocean, the turtles are suffering from Sea-sickness.

When arriving in Europe, they head for Paris, the capital of France.

Krang has a giant electromagnet, and wants to use it to pull the Technodrome from its Dimension X asteroid location by using the Eiffel Tower in Paris as an antenna. In Paris, the turtles and Splinter are touring the sewers of Paris, which is not their idea of a sightseeing tour. April O'Neil, Vernon Fenwick and Irma from Channel 6 are also in Paris, to report from the celebrations of the Bastille Day, when The Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady arrive and wire the Eiffel Tower and throw a switch. A wrong occours, which instantly magnetizing it and pulling everything except the Technodrome into the Eiffel Tower. The Turtles rescue April and the others. Not knowing the cause of that magnetism, they continue their sightseeing.

Meanwhile, Shredder hits the power generator switch again, and now the Eiffel Tower begins to be pulled loose from its foundations and toward the dimensional portal. But Donatello gets time to destroy the generator, and the Eiffel Tower falls down to the ground.

In this episode, the turtles visit the Musée du Louvre in Paris, which includes paintings from the four ranaissance Renaissance artists who gave the name of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Raphael. They mention that it was a dude named Leonardo who drew the Mona Lisa painting.
