Toshiyuki Mori (森俊之 Mori Toshiyuki?), born December 4, 1964, is a Japanese pianist.

He is known in the West for having played the piano arrangement of the Final Fantasy IV soundtrack. The soundtrack was arranged by Shirou Satou and originally written by Nobuo Uematsu.
