Toshiaki Karasawa

Toshiaki Karasawa (唐沢寿明 Karasawa Toshiaki) is a Japanese theatre and film actor. His real name is Kiyoshi Karasawa (唐沢潔 Karasawa Kiyoshi)
Karasawa was born June 3, 1963, in Tokyo, Japan. He made his debut as an actor in 1987 with the performance of the play Voice Review Stay Gold (ボーイズレビュー・ステイゴールド). He specialises in theatrical action sequences such as swordplay and fighting.
He is a multiple recipient of the Japanese Academy Awards award for best actor, and arguably one of the best actors in Japan today, both on film and in the theatre.
His hobbies are watching the academy awards and their recipients. He got married with an actress Tomoko Yamaguchi on December 15, 1995.
