Tory Woodbury (born July 12, 1978 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina) is an American football quarterback/wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills of the NFL. He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent out of Winston-Salem State University by the New York Jets.

Woodbury threw for a school record 4,536 passing yards with 40 touchdowns and also rushed for 1,020 yards and 20 touchdowns during his career at WSSU. His 60 combined touchdowns also tied a school record.
