The Toronto School of Theology is an ecumenical centre for theological education and is the largest of its kind in- Emmanuel College, Victoria University, (United Church of Canada)
- Wycliffe College, (Low Anglican)
- St. Augustine's Seminary, (Roman Catholic archdiocesan)
- Regis College, (Roman Catholic--Jesuit)
- Knox College, (Presbyterian Church in Canada)
- St. Michael's College Faculty of Theology, (Roman Catholic--Basilian)
- Trinity College Faculty of Divinity, (High Anglican)
There are also four affiliated institutions.
- Institute for Christian Studies (Christian Reformed Church in North America)
- Conrad Grebel University College (Mennonite Church Canada)
- McMaster Divinity College (Baptist Convention of Ontario and Quebec)
- Waterloo Lutheran Seminary (Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada)
