Torcy is a commune in the eastern suburbs of Paris, France. It is located 21.8 km. (13.5 miles) from the center of Paris. Torcy is a sous-préfecture of the Seine-et-Marne département, being the seat of the Arrondissement of Torcy.
The commune of Torcy is part of the sector of Val Maubuée, one of the four sectors of the "new town" of Marne-la-Vallée.
