Tor Paulsson was the party organizer for the Sverigedemokraterna (Swedish Democrats Party) from 1998 to the end of 2000.

He was expelled, or left (depending on whom you ask), in June 2001 from the party, and in October 2001 he co-founded Nationaldemokraterna. He was jailed in 2004 on a domestic violence charge.
