Rafael Ferreira Francisco, or Toró (born April 13, 1986, is a Brazilian football attacking midfielder. He was born in Rio de Janeiro. When Toró went to Flamengo in order to get more titles under his belt he was quite booed by Fluminense supporters in the first Fla-Flu clash that he participated in with Flamengo's colours. Toró explained the need for a change by saying in Fluminense he had fewer chances of getting titles than in Flamengo, the club he supported as a child.

He currently plays for Flamengo.

His nickname means Heavy Rain, because in the amauteurish he scored as a heavy rain drops.
