I though both Lambert and his father were actually Liberal Nationals - List of UK by-elections (1950 - 1979) helpfully lists him as "Conservative and National Liberal", albeit using Conservative colours when some others are listed with Nat Lib colours. Timrollpickering 15:06, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
