Central Chile's hacienda Topocalma is a private owned ranch that covers over 30 kilometers of pristine coast, acres of wetlands, a freshwater lake just in front of the beach and about five left pointbreaks.

Because its access is restricted to public, the area is well preserved by the electric utility that owns the place: Compañía General de Electricidad (CGE).

In springtime the flower-covered slopes -mainly cacti- offer a special delight.

You have to ask CGE for authorization to enter Topocalma.
