The Santa Fe Roadrunners of the NAHL will move to Topeka, Kansas in 2007-2008. This was announced on Monday February 26th, 2007.
The Roadrunners will play at Landon Arena (Capacity: 7,777) for the 2007-2008 season.
Poor attendance was said to be the reason for the move to Topeka. Santa Fe ranked 17th out of 18 teams in attendance.
The move to Topeka was initiated by a grass roots effort, by Hockey Fans from Topeka.
