This image may be considered fair use for a variety of reasons.

  1. It contains a basic list of topographical topics, presented in an easily understood fashion.
  2. The only thing which is specifically copywrighted on this poster is the ESRI and ArcView logos and trademark.
  3. For the articles in which it is included, there is no other comparable resource; these are subjects for which ESRI has extensive experience and understanding.
