Tonya Crews (born Alice Crews on 2 February 1938 in Oklahoma, died 7 August 1966) was an American model. She is best known for being Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its March 1961 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Mario Casilli.

Tonya was of Choctaw Indian background and grew up in Oklahoma. Part of her childhood was spent on the Navajo and Hopi reservations in Arizona. She graduated from Millikan High School in Long Beach, California in 1958.

Before becoming a Playmate, she had worked as a secretary and a dance instructor. Tonya was also a dancer in many Las Vegas shows. She also worked at Bimbo's 365 Club in San Francisco in the late 1950s. She was also a dancer in the movie "The Unsinkable Molly Brown" (she is the dancer who "hisses" at the principal).

Her ambition was to become a mathematician, but she died in an automobile accident in 1966.
