Tony Reagins

Tony Reagins is currently the Director of Player Development for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He started off as the Farm Director for the Angels in 1999. In 2000 and 2001, he was the Angels' Manager of Baseball Operations. It was in 2002 that he became the Angels' Director of Player Development, a position he has stuck with for the past few years [1].

Reagins' wants to foster as many homegrown players as he can. He believes that if you can develop players that understand the system, it will be beneficial in the long term [2].
