Tony Molinari

Anthony 'Tony' Molinari (1881-1955) was the don of the San Francisco syndicate and features a prominent role in the novels The Godfather and The Godfather Returns.

On the side of the Corleones during the Five Families war of the 1940s, Tony Molinari controlled everything from the San Francisco rackets to the whorehouses just outside S.F.

He was killed in 1955 in a plane crash carrying Nick Geraci and fellow California don, Frankie Falcone.
