Tony Malinosky

Anthony Francis Malinosky (born October 5, 1909 in Collinsville, Illinois) is a former third baseman/shortstop in Major League Baseball who played for the Brooklyn Dodgers. Malinosky batted and threw right handed. He debuted on April 26, 1937, and played his final game on July 16, 1937.

In a one-season career, Malinosky posted a .228 batting average (18-for-79) with two doubles, seven runs, and three RBI in 35 games played.

As of February 2007, Malinosky (97) is recognized as the third-oldest living major league ballplayer.
