Tony Horne is a former professional football player in the National Football League. He played the 1998,1999, and 2000 seasons with the St. Louis Rams, where he was primarily used as a wide receiver and Kickoff Returner. In 1998, he finished fifth in the NFC with 1306 yards on Kick Returns, 892 in 1999, and a remarkable 1379 in 11 games in 2000.
