Tony Deogan

Tony Deogan (25 November 1975–August 2, 2002) was killed in Stockholm, Sweden after brutal attack from supporters of another football team after a match.
Tony became the first Swede to be killed as a result of football hooliganism. He was beaten at Högalidsparken on Södermalm by AIK Fotboll supporters, Tony was a supporter of IFK Göteborg, the two teams had a match at Råsunda Stadium on 29 July 2002.
A couple of days later he died from injuries he got from being brutally beaten. Many trials have tabken place with different supporters that took part in the beating but so far no one has been found guilty of murder. It was also revealed that the police that lost the file surrounding his death but the file was found on April 3, 2007. The case remaina unsolved.
The murder of Tony Deogan has received massive attention from Swedish media.[citation needed]
