Since it is definitely arguable that this photograph was taken by some relative of mine — Tony Pond was a family friend and the photograph, now in my possession, belonged originally to my late paternal grandmother — I think it not unreasonable to claim that I am the copyright holder. Should it ever be established that I am violating somebody else's copyright, I hope this will prove a valid defence!
