Tomtor

Tomtor is the name of several small hamlets in the Sakha Republic in Siberia. The most notable one, at , is only a few kilometers from Oymyakon, known chiefly for recording the coldest temperature on Earth at a locality with permanent, year-round habitation (thus not counting Antarctica).
