Thomas Halperin Wyner (Born June 16, 1947) is a British-American voice actor for anime series who usually gets tough guy or villain roles. Not just that, he also a producer, director, and writer. His aliases include Abe Lasser, Tom Weiner, Abe Lesser, and Phil Matthews. He is best friends with fellow anime voice actor Richard Epcar.
