Tom Whedon

Tom Whedon is a television writer, whose credits include The Dick Cavett Show, Benson, Alice and The Golden Girls, as well as the children's show The Electric Company. He is the father of Deadwood script writer Zack Whedon; he is also the father of writer/producer/director Joss Whedon, the creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Firefly.
