Tom Villard

Tom Villard was an American actor.
Thomas Louis Villard (born on November 19, 1953 in Waipahu Ewa, Hawaii - November 14, 1994 in Los Angeles). He grew up in Spencerport, New York and went to Alleghany College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Tom went to the Lee Strasberg Acting School in New York and the American Academy of Acting.
Tom starred in television and in film. His best known TV role was in the 1980s series We Got It Made as Jay Bostwick. Villard appeared in TV movies as well.
Villard's best known film role was in the 1986 film One Crazy Summer as Clay Stork. He also starred in the 1991 horror film Popcorn, and the 1992 movie Shakes the Clown with his "One Crazy Summer" co-stars Joel Murray and Bob Goldthwait. Villard also appeared in the 1994 comedy movie In the Army Now.
Tom made numerous guest appearances on TV shows. He was a panelist on two weeks' worth of To Tell The Truth in the early '90s. Villard's other TV appearances range from CHiPs, Taxi, and The A-Team, to Star Trek Deep Space Nine where he appeared as Prylor Bek in the season 2 episode entitled: "The Collaborator".
Villard died of pneumonia and other complications of AIDS on November 14, 1994 in Los Angeles.
