Tom Shipley (born Mineral Ridge, Ohio in 1941) with Mike Brewer were the popular music duo Brewer & Shipley.

Currently Tom lives in Rolla, Missouri and works as the Manager of Video Production for University of Missouri–Rolla(UMR). Shipley's documentary style approach to producing promotional videos for UMR has resulted in a number of awards from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District VI. One example is "Engineers without Borders" which documents a trip to Bolivia by engineering faculty and students from UMR. Some of Shipley's Videos are available on Google Video or the UMR Video Website.

Tom is still active as a musician doing Brewer & Shipley shows each year.
