Tom McSorley

Tom McSorley, born Thomas McSorley, is a Canadian film critic and scholar, based in Ottawa, Ontario.
McSorley is the executive director of the CFI, a division of Cinematheque Canada. He is also a film studies professor at Carleton University, typically specializing in Canadian film courses[citation needed]. He regularly appears on the popular CBC Radio program All In A Day, acting as a freelance theatre and film critic. He was also a contributing editor for Take One, a Canadian film magazine which recently saw its end after a lengthy twelve year run.
