Tom Lovatt-Williams

Tom Lovatt-Williams, often known as T. Lovatt Williams, was a British poet and writer about railways.
His best-known poem, "Oxford", was broadcast several times on the BBC programme Poetry Please!, and is included in the anthology of favourite poems from that programme.
He was also a railway worker. Having studied railway maintenance at Crewe, he was shed foreman at various places on the LNW system.
